  • Custom-painted or personalized items may require 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

  • We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Free standard shipping may be available on select items or during promotional periods.

In-Store Pickup:

  • Customers in the Fort Worth area may select free in-store pickup during checkout.

  • You will be notified by email or text once your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as applicable.
