30-Day Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange if they meet the conditions below.

In-Store Purchases

 

Returns must be made in person at Phoenix Sports Gear.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Proof of purchase is required.

All new helmet returns are subject to a $35 restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection.

Online Purchases

Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request return approval.

Once approved, items must be shipped back or may be returned in-store.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
